Liscia is a town in Italy, the simple English translation is smooth. Originally a breeder of miniature smooth haired dachshunds Liscia was particularly apt as my kennel affix. Now based in the heart of the Lake District my mission is to educate people on this wonderful breed & work with the Kennel Club & Foxhound Welfare to encourage ownership.

I n a time where hunting (legally) is in in rocky seas I firmly believe there will become a time in the not to distant future where then only time & place to see a foxhound will be in the show ring.
